NE Curbside provides junk removal, clean-out, and hauling services across Lincoln, Omaha, and surrounding areas. Services are subject to availability and may require a scheduled appointment. Estimates are non-binding until confirmed.

2. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is based on volume, item type, labor, and difficulty of removal. A final quote will be provided before service begins. Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

4. Limitation of Liability

NE Curbside is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from service delays, equipment failure, or removal of items not authorized by the customer. Clients are responsible for clearly identifying items not to be removed.

5. Messaging & SMS Consent (A2P Compliance)

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from NE Curbside related to scheduling, confirmations, promotions, or follow-up. Message frequency may vary.
